Atmosphere and quality
In a friendly neighbourhood on the edge of exotic Tena stands an
extraordinary, romantic house, built in 2004 with the best materials,
with attention to detail and fully furnished and equipped to Western
standards.
The design of the house with its open, airy attic and windows with mosquito nets, creates a cool atmosphere inside.
Neighbourhood
The free-standing house is situated in the "barrio" Terere on the
edge of town, within walking distance of the town center and main
streets with shops and restaurants.
Terere is a rather historical neighbourhood with indigenous
influences. In the past the neigbourhood became populated by settlers
from the countryside who built their small houses on the river bank.
The mixed population provides for a typical Latin-American atmosphere
with regular community activities. The involvement of the inhabitants
with their own community ensures adequate social supervision and
security.

Living area
The house has a living area of 2400 sqft /224 m2, with 3 spacious
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big service room. A washing machine and
dryer belong to the contents of the house.
The living room (1076 sqft /100 m2) has, besides an enclosed
stairway to attic and lower floor, an open kitchen with a worktop of
24,3 ft /7.40 m in length. The kitchen is equiped with a built-in
cooking plate and cooker hood, refridgerator with freezer, oven and
double sink. A covered wooden balcony runs along the back-side of the
house.
Garden
There is a front garden (1345 sqft /125 m2) with a lovely tea-hut with
a palmleave thatched roof and a loggia, and a rear garden (2433 sqft
/226 m2) with a nice large birdhouse with a little pond.
Gate and water buffer installation
A water buffer installation (1000 litres) keeps the waterpressure
steady. A video intercom system and an electronical operated gate add
to the conveniences of the house.
Parking space
There is ample space to park your car behind the gate.
